* Participation data collection and Proof verification
* Reward settlement based on verification results (internally accounted in XYZ units)
* Advertiser receives a blockchain-based **Proof Report**

This structure establishes a **“Fiat → Proof → Digital Asset”** mechanism that converts Web2 budgets into on-chain value.\
