# Risk & Disclaimer

This project is a **data-trust-based Web3 platform** built on **AI, blockchain, and Soft DePIN infrastructure.**

While it offers innovation and scalability, it also carries various **technical, legal, and market risks.**\
This section aims to clearly define the **key risk factors and disclaimers** that all participants—including investors, advertisers, partners, and node operators—must recognize.

#### **1. Technical Risk**

The platform is composed of complex technologies such as the **AI Proof Engine, smart contracts, data oracles, and Soft DePIN nodes**, which may lead to unforeseen system failures, security vulnerabilities, or operational errors.\
Delays, fee spikes, or forks in blockchain networks (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, etc.) may cause partial failures or delays in data anchoring.\
Bias in AI training data or errors in input datasets may result in inaccurate ROI calculations, reward distributions, or Trust Scores.\
Even after external audits, the complete removal of code or smart contract defects cannot be guaranteed.\
The platform assumes **no legal liability** for losses arising from third-party hacking, phishing, or private key mismanagement.\
Each user is solely responsible for the **security and management of their own wallet and private keys.**

***

#### **2. Regulatory & Legal Uncertainty**

The project’s tokens, **XYZ and XYZD**, are **not classified as securities, stocks, bonds, or financial instruments**, and do not grant any rights to profit sharing or ownership.\
Global virtual asset regulations are constantly evolving, and depending on regulatory interpretations, certain platform features may be restricted or discontinued.\
The foundation and development team **bear no legal or financial responsibility** for any losses or service adjustments resulting from regulatory or administrative changes.

***

#### **3. Token Value & Liquidity Risk**

**XYZ and XYZD** are **not pegged to any fiat currency or real-world asset.**\
Their prices may fluctuate significantly depending on factors such as market liquidity, exchange policies, participant volume, and ecosystem growth rate.\
The value of these tokens may fall to **zero at any time**, and neither the foundation, team, nor partners guarantee stability or profitability.\
Exchange listings are **not guaranteed**, and the project is not liable for post-listing issues such as trading restrictions, reduced liquidity, or price volatility.\
All participants must make decisions regarding purchases, holdings, and trading based on their **own judgment and risk assessment.**

***

#### **4. Development & Performance Risk**

All features, roadmap milestones, listings, and partnerships mentioned in this whitepaper are **for informational purposes only** and **not legally binding.**\
Development schedules may change without notice due to technical challenges, partner coordination, or market conditions.\
Enhancement of the AI engine, DePIN node expansion, and cross-chain integrations depend on external infrastructure and may experience unavoidable delays.\
The platform **does not bear any obligation to compensate** for losses arising from delays or unmet milestones.

***

#### **5. Data & AI Risk**

The **AI Policy Engine** learns from various external and internal datasets; however, data quality issues, bias, or omissions may result in inaccurate or exceptional outputs.\
AI models are continuously updated and retrained, meaning their judgments may change over time.\
In the **Soft DePIN environment**, data is stored across distributed nodes, which may face operational failures or integrity breaches.\
While the platform takes all reasonable measures to ensure data integrity and retention, it **cannot guarantee perfect integrity or perpetual preservation.**

***

#### **6. Participant Responsibility**

Participation in this platform is entirely **voluntary**, and all **economic, legal, and technical outcomes** are the sole responsibility of the participant.\
The platform **does not promise investment returns, token price appreciation, or exchange-related gains.**\
Participants should seek **professional advice** and perform **independent due diligence** before engaging with the project.\
Under the principle that **“the openness of Web3 brings both opportunities and risks,”** the platform disclaims all legal and financial responsibility for participants’ decisions.

***

#### **7. Final Notice**

This whitepaper serves only to **describe the project’s technical concepts and business direction**; it is **not an investment proposal, securities offering, or financial solicitation.**\
Participation in this project is considered an act of **ecosystem contribution and service usage**, not an investment.\
**XYZ and XYZD** are purely **utility tokens** and do not provide any profit-sharing or ownership rights.\
This document may be updated without prior notice to reflect **changes in technology, regulations, or market conditions**, and the **latest version** shall take precedence.\
All participants must act with **careful and responsible judgment**, and any resulting consequences are entirely their own responsibility.

***

The **WGA Project** represents a new experiment combining **AI, Soft DePIN, and Web3 data trust infrastructure.**\
Innovation and uncertainty coexist — therefore, this document is written on the basis of **understanding and agreement, not promises.**

All participants should act as **“informed contributors who recognize both the opportunities and the risks.”**
